Shipping policy

 

• Place order and pay via secure payment portal and receive order confirmation 
• Orders will be processed within 24-72 hours of order confirmation (excludes weekend and holiday)
• Once order is fulfilled a shipping label will be created with a tracking number that will be sent via email that you provide at checkout.
• Package is shipped to shipping station within 48-72 hours (or sooner) of order fulfillment 

• Shipping time varies between location and delivery company. So please plan accordingly when making your purchases. 

 

Damage/Lost/Stolen

“We” will NOT be responsible for any damages due to improper handling by USPS. Products will be placed in a thick poly mailer bag once products are no longer in the possession of the company “We” are no longer responsible. 

 

 “We” are NOT responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you will not be at home when the delivery is scheduled, please make arrangements with USPS to schedule a pickup at the facility.
